Necessary installation steps:

2. Use the TV remote control to click on “Signal Source” or “Source” and select “Digital TV or DTMB or Ground Digital or Ground Reception, Live TV”. Select “TV” for the smart TV and confirm. (If there is no signal displayed on the screen after selection, continue with the next step)

3. Use the TV remote control to search for channels (click on “Menu” – “Channels” – “Auto Search”)

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
